I was looking for a vegetarian dish to share since most of the stuff I found had meat in it and came across this (click
here for the recipe). It was definitely different than anything I've ever had...I'm not sure I had ever eaten Moroccan food before. Anyway, I did like it but we all agreed that it was more like a side dish and not something you could eat as an entree. Owen's comment after one bite was "All done?" and then he pushed himself back from the table so I probably won't make him eat the leftovers:) I didn't include the pinenuts in the topping and didn't have cumin to add to the Ras el Hanout but other than that I stuck with the recipe! That means we got to try parsnips for the first time!
Ready to eat...

There's the hidden couscous!
