French (er, Italian?) Bread Pizza

We made more of the Macaroni Grill bread and cut a loaf in half, then we topped that with homemade pizza sauce, thinly sliced fresh mozzarella, and diced roasted red pepper after toasting the bread slightly. After broiling it all, we took it out and topped everything with a fresh basil chiffonade. Yum indeed.
