Gingerbread Cranberry Cookies

I made these for the lame holiday luncheon at work today and completely forgot to take a picture! Luckily I had left one at home for myself.
These are actually called Cranberry Gingerbread Cookies but I thought I should put the emphasis on the gingerbread part. I added vanilla frosting on top mostly so I could add the really cool red sugar sprinklies. I really must get a better camera/cell phone.
