These are redskin herb potatoes. I cooked them using butter and herbs. This is about as simple a recipe as you can get, but they were delicious!. Hard to go wrong with redskin potatoes as long as they're thoroughly cooked.

Yum! Redskin potatoes seem to be the tastiest potato for some reason!
