Corn salad


What we have here for you is a wonderful mix of corn, vegenaise, queso fresco, queso cotija, green onion and minced poblano pepper. Excellent warm or cold.

  1. This is a version of something they make in Mexico—elotes. Basically, elotes are corn on the cob, smothered in mayo, rolled in the cheeses Lisa mentioned, then sprinkled with a chili powder that has lime flavoring in it too. They also offer it as a salad. It's tasty. I think we've made this for you guys before...?
