I searched for awhile for a Posole recipe that met my ingredient needs and Lisa was nice enough to give me hers but I finally settled on this one from Esquire (of all the crazy places...). We looooved it. I am now a hominy fan. I left out the chile and adobo sauce so I'm sure some Posole lovers would scoff and say this doesn't count but I'm cool with that. We added a little shredded Havarti after this picture was taken but it was just as good the next day without it.
