Remember--the trick is to squeeze the water out of it, then marinade it in something. Then you can do anything you want with it. It's also good fried plain in asian dishes like Pad Thai. Just sayin'.
I may make my new job just making cute peices of yarn-crafted tofu (I thought that this one was the cutest ones ever also...it is currently my desktop...)
anyone want to place bets as to whether this was Alex or Lisa? Like maybe LISA DIDN'T FEEL LIKE LOOKING UP HER PASSWORD AGAIN!!?
