Operation Tofu

Hooray! We like tofu! I made Lasagna Rolls and they were devoured by everybody! And they look cute too:)


Tofu Cookies too! These are good but would be pretty flavorless without the chocolate chips.

    Wow - the lasagna rolls look really great! (If you feel like trying something similar with imitation crabmeat let me know, I have an excellent recipe that I've been using for years!!)
