Crab Cakes, er, Sandwiches...


These are exactly what they look like: giant crab cakes on sandwiches. We use canned crab meat to make our crab cakes, and we put them on Asiago cheese rolls with lettuce, tomato, and red onion. We also made a quick mayo-hot sauce spread with which we dressed the buns. Yum!
