Satay-Spiced Peanut Butter Sandwich - Peanut butter, lime juice, ginger, soy sauce, red onion, cilantro. This actually wasn't that bad (Owen even liked it!) but I won't make it again simply because the effort didn't equal the tastiness. I didn't add the bean sprouts and I used Pam instead of butter in the frying pan.
*I would also like to note that (if you didn't already know) I can't eat any dairy for the time being and cheese really makes the sandwich so there are a bunch of good sandwiches I was looking forward to that won't quite live up to their potential without the cheese!
