I keep forgetting to take a picture of my zucchini breads! And this one was better than the first! Here's the
recipe. I cut out the brown sugar and used 1/2 cup of honey instead of 1/4 cup, and used whole wheat flour instead of the pastry flour. I thought this recipe might end up mushy because of the banana
and zucchini but it didn't, very good! I think I needed to cook it longer than it suggested though.
