Zucchini Stir Fry!

It's green so I threw it in there! Very good! I am really finding out how versatile this veggie is! (just an aside, the egg roll was not so yum) I did not enjoy eating zucchini bread for a week and a half straight though...I'm over it for the moment and the rest of the muffins are chillin' in the freezer.
