Yay breakfast for dinner! I sauteed onion for our omelettes which also had tomato and american cheese slices. (I also had mushrooms on mine.) Rye bread with butter along with Morningstar bacon completed the meal. It may not be Waffle House, but GOOD!
Guess which on of us had strawberry jelly on the toast ;)
Brinner! I'm horrible at making omelettes, they always look like scrambled eggs. What's the secret?
ReplyDeleteLisa uses a pan that's just the right size, besides which she likes omelets enough that she's had a lot of practice. Mine still look crappy. Also, omelets for dinner is not so strange in other countries—I know, for instance that they are common for dinner in France, and I had omelets for dinner a couple times in Peru too.
